Sherif Seleem

Director

Sherif Seleem is the founder, Chairman of Pinnacle Real Estate Investmentes and Development Management “PREIDM”, a firm offering sophosticated real estate investors a full range of Development Management Services.

He has led and directed several regional companies in real estate, consultancy, engineering & construction industries Damar, Qatar project Management Company, Qatari Diar, GHd, with a portfolio of mega projects over 30 years with a total construction cost of more than 36 billion US dollars in 14 European, Asian and Middle East countries.

Ashraf Al Garf

Director

Ashraf is a recognized expert project and construction management. His background has led him into the specialist fields of real estate developments, project and construction management, and engineering industry. Ashraf was responsible for the design and construction management phases of certain mega projects, as well as management and follow-up on day-to-day activities within the head office and construction sites.

Pinnacle Group was founded in 2015 by renowned Architect Mr.Sherif Seleem (CEO/Principal) with more than 30 years of experience in managing and directing international engineering consultancies, real estate development companies and international project management firms, Mr. Seleem has leaded the successful development of mega real estate development in Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
Aiming to have a noticeable contribution in evolving MENA & African markets, pinnacle holding was established with the objective of assembling international expertise and complex projects experiences under the same Roof working in an orchestrated intercompany structure that allows all pinnacle specialized subsidiaries to utilize all the existing expertise within the neighboring entities through a well-designed workflow structure and responsibilities assignment tailored to our clients demand and required scopes of work.
Pinnacle Group comprises a number of specialized subsidiaries that work consecutively to offer clients their need of design and project management consultancy services along development lifecycle, from pre to post contract phases Pinnacle Group exploits advanced communication and reporting tools aiming to provide ease of work across entities while maintaining segregated performances records for each subsidiary, our methodology provide comfort to our clients as they can have a bespoke bundle for each of their program or project requirements.
